These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. SECTION 6A – DELIVERY POLICY

We will aspire to deliver as soon as possible. You can expect a maximum turnaround of 21 days for products that are ordered un-urgently, however, in cases of mass demand, particularly in the first few months of operations, we may take longer (no longer than 3 months, with any breaches of our 21 day promise permitting complete refunds). Various fee structures for purchases are made. Differing locations within various regions may incur various shipping fees. Eg. non metro areas will incur higher costs compared metro ones. Recorded are some rates you may expect in various regions for products currently available on our store: Australia small item: $11.95US America small item: $7.95US UK small item: $8.95US Europe small item: $7.95US Total orders of Small, light items (eg shirts, mugs, hoodies), under 1kg, and taking up no more than 30x15x15cm will incur lower costs compared to larger ones. The rates for larger products will be subjected to further discrepencies based on locations.

SECTION 6B – TRADE INS

Trade ins, when they are enabled on the website (projected release date of this feature: October 23 2017), will be an option you may wish to take on purchase. This will allow you to exercise the right to send back your old product and trade it in for a newer model. What constitutes the upgraded model and which products qualify for trade-ins will be determined by us. However, you can expect to know what future products’ designs and intentions are at the very least at the time of purchase, if they’re a product that’s not already in existence (optional features of trading in for products already there may also be allowed, at the discretion of us again).

SECTION 6C – PRE-ORDERS

When we determine we are ready to do so, pre orders of the latest products will also be available to you, our customers. These pre-orders will have lengthy waiting times by their very nature, ranging from 3 – 12 months. You can expect to find a warning prior to purchasing on the product page any options in this way about this, and can cancel in the first 30 days after purchase. If the product hasn’t been able to reach the shipping process on our end by the 12 month mark, you may request a full refund and we will oblige.

5 Year Warranty

We offer a 5 year extended warranty as standard on all Get To Sleep Easy pillows, and on selected other items. If there is a fault with your products we will replace it free of charge up to 5 years after the date of purchases, if sent back to us in the condition it was found in. We confidently extend this offer to all customers as our products use the highest quality materials. Your Get To Sleep Easy products will typically last you a lifetime.

What Can Be Returned?

All products are returnable under warranty or returns policy by Australian law.

Where Do Items Need To Be Returned?

Simply contact us via website, phone or email within the required time frame stated above and we will organise the replacement or refund process. All product returns to be sent directly to the address we supply. Please note return shipping charges will apply if there is no fault with the product.
